These terms and conditions apply to the supply of event management software, meeting planner app, event scheduling platform and related services by HALVES LTD to you. By using our services or website https://halves.cloud you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

"Services" means the event management software, online event booking, virtual event tools, conference app development and any other products or services we provide.

Supply of services

We will supply the Services in accordance with any agreed specification. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Services where necessary.

Your obligations

You must provide us with accurate information, use the Services in accordance with applicable law, and not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Fees and payment

Fees will be as agreed in your order or quote. We may suspend or terminate the Services if payment is not received when due.

Intellectual property

We retain all intellectual property rights in our software and materials. You receive only the right to use the Services as permitted.

Limitation of liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Term and termination

The Contract continues until terminated. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
